As they say, “I felt like a number.” .. Everyone I have dealt with at David Moss has been so prompt, kind, and knowledgeable that I couldn’t be happier! My AC went out late on a Saturday night and less than 12 hours later I was back in cold air! They. Are. Awesome!
Josh G - Super thorough, friendly and honest. Great company that actually cares about their customers. Had a same-day visit during busy season (first summer heat wave) and was received with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. I know a little about HVAC and could tell the tech wasn’t taking and shortcuts on the diagnosis. Pulled all the stops to see if the unit could be saved. Unfortunately for me, the unit was dead (pretty old). Price for replacement was very fair and swift.

I was getting estimates to get my air-condition fixed and got all different ideas and some of them were very over my budget. But something was telling me that Mr. Moss was the most talented and knowledgeable to do the job, and I was not wrong. From the first day he came to my house, he was very honest, truthful, caring and watching over my budget. I cannot express my gratitude for David Moss and his Crew! They ALL were amazing in every way. Octavios oversaw the job in my house and every thing he was doing, he was telling me about it. I love this guy , super funny, responsible , professional and most importantly: so caring ! I tell all my friends all the extra things you guys did for us and never charged extra. As a single mother, I struggle financially but Mr. Moss was our Guardian Angel. I will always be grateful to you and your company ! Best of luck and prayers for you always ! Michael O. - I was recommended to David Moss Air Conditioning by my real estate agent Vanessa Scotland from The Nickley Group. My experience was by far the best experience I have ever had from a maintenance team. David and Krystal came out for the initial inspection and carefully went over all of the options available for me and the pros and cons of each. They were very helpful in making my final decision on a replacement that I could be happy with long term without being pushy. This in itself was really outstanding service. However, when the installers came I was absolutely blown away by the customer service these guys have. My HVAC professionals were Octavious and Jordan. Octavious was truly a master of his work and it showed as he instructed me on every part of the job that I had question or even sometimes just looked curious he carefully took the time to explain to me what some of the parts of the system were and what they were for. I am a new homeowner and he even took the time to show me related things about my home like my water shut-off valve and my circuit breakers. Jordan took the time to instruct me on my new Nest thermostat and how to maintain my new AC system to keep proper working order for many years. These guys really know their stuff and are truly passionate about their work. I trust them and will be utilizing their services in the future should I require them for ongoing maintenance or anything else. Really amazing experience with passionate professionals! I am a very happy customer!

Please forgive me that I do not remember their names I have had a lot of different people working at my house lately. I believe it was Jeremy and I know your main guy has a different name that I could not remember, but his personality , I can remember. Great guys. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I called there main number made the appointment very courteous, appointment was made around my schedule and easy to make. The tech arrived ion time and was very professional and explained everything to me. I have had other companies come out and service my system over the years but David Moss by far was the best at what they do.

Chirak P. - They were actually really good. The guy was relatively new. He pretty much told me what each one of the thing in my A/C did, and how to keep it up annual. He did not try to over sell anything. He warned against if anyone tries to over sell you on X Y and Z. I think for the education alone it was worth it. The guy showed up on time and he stayed for almost 3 hours doing all the maintenance. It was well work the cost. I would use them again.

Our air went out over a holiday weekend (already a huge inconvenience), but being 6 months pregnant and a 2 year old at home added to the stress of it all. We did our due diligence and received a few quotes after finding out we likely needed to consider replacing our whole system, but the customer service and professionalism of David and his team won our by far. They completed the install in a day and had constant communication with us throughout the process. We had other companies that refused to quote after seeing other companies were here and who did not even answer so having such a great team to work with made all the difference. I researched how to fix it and thought about doing the job myself, but when it's 98 degrees outside I decided to hand it over to the experts. Matt was my technician. He was a nice and genuine guy that happily answered any of my questions.
