Warranties:

• The standard residential part's coverage from your manufacturer is five years on functional parts.
• If you register your system within 60 days of purchase, you will have an additional five years; for a total of ten years of functional parts coverage.
• This registration is for the original homeowner only and is not transferred if the home's ownership changes.
• The part's coverage will convert to the standard five year parts coverage if ownership changes at anytime during the ten year period.

*Regular professional maintenance is required to keep your coverage valid. We offer a Club program to keep your new system professionally maintained.
